Making a holiday work when running a business can often seem impossible. Nobody wants to shut the door on existing or potential clients, if that’s for two days or two weeks.
We all deserve a break, however maybe you can’t imagine taking any time off as there is no one to look after your business while you’re away. Or perhaps your employees have organised some time off and you’re unsure how you will cover their work whilst they are absent. As an employer, you may put your own holiday plans on hold in order to cover your employees’ workload. It can be even more difficult for small businesses to do this if there are only a handful or employees, or if you are your business!

Wow! I honestly cannot believe I am writing this! 3 years ago , I was sitting in my living room of my overly priced rented house fed up being in a job where I felt under-appreciated. I was a single mum who just wanted to spend more time with my son. Fast forward to right now… I am currently sitting on the sofa of our own home with my family and our cheeky little puppy (Yes!
